Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at Punkmagnets@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to: 84 Bowmont Walk, Chester-le-Street, DH2 3JB, UK. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at Punkmagnets@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
