Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- UK Standard: 3-5 business days
- UK Express: 1-2 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the UK, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@punkmagnets.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Punk Magnets cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage charges may apply).
